 Kinyua Koech Ltd was founded in 1985 by two university friends, Mr. Frederick Kinyua and the late Mr. Peter Koech, who shared a vision: to offer personalised, dependable, and accessible real estate services that evolve with the needs of the market.

From our humble beginnings in the heart of Nairobi, we have grown into a respected firm supported by a dedicated team of professionals. 

Now with over 40 years of industry experience, Kinyua Koech Ltd has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and consistent service delivery. We collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to provide objective, data informed, and client focused solutions, delivered promptly and efficiently.

Meet The Founders

Frederick J. Kinyua

Founding Director

 Mr. Frederick Kinyua, the Founding Director of Kinyua Koech Ltd, has almost 50 years of distinguished experience in real estate, valuation consultancy, and property management. Over the course of his career, he has provided strategic leadership, championed business transformation, and worked with numerous organizations in the areas of corporate governance, risk management, and strategic partnerships.  Now semi-retired, he enjoys a fulfilling life farming and enjoying his grandchildren and occasionally providing his invaluable expertise as a consultant. 

Mr. Kinyua’s enduring influence at Kinyua Koech Ltd ensures integrity, the highest professional standards, compliance with regulatory laws and standards, and solutions that are people centred.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics and a Master of Business Leadership, is a Registered and Practicing Valuer, and a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK – VEMS).  He is also a Member of Institute of Directors of Kenya and a Member of Institute of Management of Kenya.

Founding Director

 

The late Mr. Peter Koech was a Founder of Kinyua Koech Ltd and remained in active the organization until his unfortunate demise in 2017.  He contributed immensely to the professional growth of the firm in various areas but more particularly in administration, Valuations and Marketing. His strengths in collaborations and networking were exceptional, and his interactive leadership style was admirable, and its fruits persist with the organization to date.
